FAQ

Q1. How do you send us the goods?

- Ocean shipping, air shipping and Express such as DHL, UPS, TNT, HK/China EMS, FedEx and other express shipping.
- You can assign freight forwarder on your own.
- For sample order, we can send to your other supplier in China send with bulk order.

Q2. How long is the delivery time?

Based on the actual items and quantities, the lead time for production are different. For the items in stock, delivery time usually takes
about 3 or 5 working days by Express shipping.

Q3. What is the payment term? 

- T/T bank wire transfer
- L/C at sight
- Western Union
- For sample order or amount less than USD300, paypal payment acceptable

Q4. What is your warranty?

Basically for the accessories, we provide three-month warranty and reserve the right to replace the new ones for you within six months.
The original items are out of warranty.

Q5.Do you offer OEM Services?

Yes, we are always aggressively seek partnerships for OEM partner around the world.
 
Shipping and Return:

Shipping:
1) Shipping ways: express shipping such as DHL, EMS, UPS, TNT etc., ocean shipping LCL & FCL if good-sized lot items.
2) The goods will be sent within 1-3 days after payment received for all the items in stock. The production lead-time depends on the

actual items and quantities ordered.
3) The goods shipped by express can be tracked online, shipping usually takes 3-7 business days necessorly. The delivery lead-time

in days is given for your reference only. The number of days indicated are working days only.
4) As per the customer’s requirement, the goods will be shipped as gifts or writing a lower price on the invoice to declare with customs

to save the import tax.
5) We pack every bulk of goods in proper dimension to make shipping fee cheaper.
6) We will not be responsible for any delay or any loss caused during the shipment, though we pack all the parcels with high-quality

carton and protecting stuffs. Please note that some delivery options might be unavailable from time to time.

Warranty and Return:
1) All of the accessories are in three-month warranty, we reserve the right to replace new items for you in six months. The customer

would be responsible for the shipping when return to us, we will bear the shipping when send the new ones to the customers.
2) The customer is responsible for checking the goods upon delivery. If the goods delivered are different from the ones ordered, the customer must inform us within seven days following the delivery. The goods must remain in their original packing and unused to be returned. We will be obliged to refuse all opened and used goods.
3) If a parcel is received damaged or partially lost, the customer must inform the shipping company at once and open a claim directly
